The Flavors of Abadan

VATAN

Our family is from Abadan, a city whose culture, warmth, and flavors are deeply woven into who we are.

We grew up surrounded by the rich tastes of Southern Iranian cuisine: vibrant herbs, fragrant spices, fresh seafood, and dishes layered with warmth and soul.

In the South, food is never just food. It is hospitality, storytelling, and love shared around a table. Tamarind and citrus, smoke and saffron, the catch of the Persian Gulf. This is the language our kitchen speaks.

When you taste Ghalyeh Mahi or a plate of bright garlic shrimp, you are tasting a coastline, a climate, a way of welcoming people that is older than any of us.

Taste the story.
